How will testing be arranged?
Send the product details and label claims. We’ll confirm suitable analysis, the sampling route and the scope with the laboratory before quoting. Results will be brought together in the SupplementVerify report and record.
Who chooses the sample?
We’re developing two routes: a sealed production sample selected by the brand, or a retail unit purchased or selected independently by SupplementVerify. The report will state the route. Neither route guarantees a favourable assessment.
Does a COA automatically mean “Verified”?
No. A COA reports analytical findings. A Verified outcome or permission to use a verification mark depends on defined criteria and the stated testing scope. Paying for analysis must not buy a pass.
Does one result cover every batch?
No. A record relates to the identified sample and scope. The public page will distinguish batches with records from those without them, and identify amended or superseded records.
Can you assess every ingredient?
Availability depends on the ingredient, formulation and analytical requirements. Some claims need specialist methods or may not be assessable through the available service. We’ll confirm the scope before testing is arranged.
